1. general
The General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all our contracts and services. With the order of products from our assortment the conditions are considered as accepted. Deviating provisions of the customer shall only be accepted if we have agreed to them in writing.
2. offer, prices and payment methods
All offers on this homepage are subject to change. We are not the manufacturer of the products we offer. All information, data, dimensions and illustrations in our store are based on the specifications of the respective manufacturers and may differ from the actual products. The information on our site is therefore not a guarantee of specific properties. No liability can be accepted for any errors.
An order is only concluded when the buyer places an order. As soon as we have received the order, the buyer will receive an e-mail with the details of the order.
The prices listed at the time of the order shall apply. The various payment methods are shown during the ordering process.
Football-Legends.ch generally offers the following payment methods: credit card, PayPal, Postcard, TWINT, prepayment and invoice. For each order, Football-Legends reserves the right not to offer certain payment methods and to refer to the other payment methods. If prepayment by bank transfer has been agreed, payment is due immediately after conclusion of the contract, unless the parties have agreed a later due date.
If payment is made by credit card, Paypal, Postcard or TWINT as a payment method, payment shall be processed via the payment service provider in accordance with their terms of use.
The payment method "invoice" / purchase on account requires a successful credit check by Creditreform Egeli GmbH. If the customer is granted the payment method "purchase on account" after a credit check, the payment is processed in cooperation with Creditreform Egeli GmbH, to which the seller assigns its payment claim. In this case, the customer can only make payment to Creditreform Egeli GmbH with debt-discharging effect. The seller remains responsible for general customer inquiries, e.g. regarding the goods, delivery time, dispatch, returns, complaints, revocation declarations and returns or credit notes, even if the payment method purchase on account via Creditreform Egeli is selected.
• Default of payment: The invoice amount is due for payment on the calendar day specified in the invoice. The default interest rate is 5%. The contractor reserves the right to refuse an order until the entire outstanding amount has been paid. CHF 5.00 will be charged for the first reminder and CHF 15.00 for each subsequent reminder. The debt is collected by Creditreform Egeli St.Gallen AG. The expenses incurred for this are subject to reimbursement and depend on the amount of the claim. The fees after an unsuccessful second reminder amount to CHF 60.00 up to a claim amount (FH) of 50, 100.00 to FH 150, 125.00 to FH 300; 190.00 to FH 500, 260.00 to FH 1,000, 350.00 to FH 2,000, 530.00 to FH 4,000, 900.00 to FH 8,000, 1,330.00 to FH 16,000, 2,000.00 to FH 32,000, 2,600 to FH 50,000, from FH 50,000 they amount to 5.5% of the claim. The outstanding invoice amount (including default interest and reminder fees) will be assigned to Creditreform Egeli St.Gallen AG for the purpose of collection after an unsuccessful reminder.
• Collection costs: In addition to paying the invoice amount, the customer is also obliged to reimburse all costs incurred as a result of late payment. These costs are divided into identification and creditworthiness checks (CHF 18.90) and damages caused by default. The default damages charged by the debt collection agency are based on the default damages table of the Association of Swiss Debt Collection Trustees (VSI). • Payment information: Information on payment processing can be forwarded to the Swiss Creditreform Association.
If the payment method purchase on account via Creditreform Egeli is selected, the purchase price is due after the goods have been delivered and invoiced. In this case, the purchase price must be paid to Creditreform Egeli St.Gallen AG, Teufenerstrasse 36 9001 St.Gallen, https://www.creditreform.ch/mitgliedschaft/standorte/st-gallen.html within 20 (twenty) days of receipt of the invoice without deduction. The seller reserves the right to refuse the payment method if the specified order volume is exceeded.
3. delivery
Deliveries are made from our warehouse, plus shipping costs. Transport damage must be reported immediately to the Post Office or Football Legends so that claims can be made. Football Legends reserves the right to make partial deliveries at no extra cost to the affected customer. Should the case arise that the ordered goods are no longer available or orderable, the customer will immediately be refunded the payment made or the customer is free to choose another article as an alternative.
4. delivery time
For stock items the delivery time is 1-3 working days. For items that we do not have in stock, delivery times of 2-4 weeks may apply. We try to keep the delivery time as short as possible and will send you the item as soon as it arrives. We shall only be liable for compliance with the delivery periods stated by us if these have been expressly designated as binding by us on the order confirmation. If a binding dispatch or delivery date is exceeded, the customer is free to set a grace period or to withdraw from the contract immediately. In all cases we shall not be liable for delays in delivery for which the manufacturer is responsible.
5. dispatch and packaging
The delivery of the ordered articles takes place to the address indicated by the customer. Within Switzerland, the flat rate for shipping and packaging is CHF 9.00 per order. (Cash on delivery additionally CHF 15.00). For deliveries outside Switzerland the shipping costs depend on the respective country of delivery and the corresponding shipping rates can be seen during the ordering process. For all deliveries outside Switzerland, the customer is responsible for all taxes and customs charges.
Orders, which contain several articles, entitle Football Legends to partial deliveries. However, any partial deliveries or subsequent deliveries are free of postage.
In case of revocation or exchange according to point 6 the customer has to bear the costs of the return himself.
6. return and exchange
We want you to be satisfied with the products you buy from us. An exchange of contractually delivered goods is therefore possible in exceptional cases and with our consent. The goods must be returned in their original packaging within 5 days of receipt. The customer accepts that Football-Legends may charge a compensation for the costs of the return.
7. defects of the object of purchase
In the event of defects in the purchased goods, the buyer must notify Football Legends of these defects within five working days of receipt of the goods, otherwise the delivery shall be deemed accepted. The period begins with the delivery of the goods. The deadline is met if the complaint is handed over to a post office at the latest on the fifth day after delivery. The buyer must prove in his notice of defects that the fitness for use of the goods is considerably restricted. Football-Legends clarifies whether a replacement delivery is possible or whether the purchase price will be refunded. Claims for damages on the part of the buyer are excluded.

In particular, any liability for the content is expressly rejected, be it that it is illegal, immoral or even just not age-appropriate.
